Refund Policy

Once you enroll in any coaching tier (including 4-Week, 8-Week, or 12-Week Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning, or Injury Rehabilitation protocols), our performance team immediately reserves coaching bandwidth, schedules proprietary assessments, and provisions your individual profile on the BeastPro platform.

Consequently, you cannot cancel your purchase once payment processing is finalized.

All fees paid are strictly 100% non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

• Change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or travel plans.
• Missed Days or Sessions: Plan validity is fixed. If you purchase a 5-day plan and miss 2 days, the plan will still expire on its original end date. Missed sessions are not carried forward, exchanged, or added as extra days.
• Inability or failure to complete scheduled training sessions or log workouts on BeastPro.
• Failure to attend booked baseline movement assessments or consultation appointments.
• Relocation or external lifestyle changes during the program duration.

Our periodized protocols, exercise video guides, nutritional architecture, and diagnostic screening represent customized intellectual property that cannot be returned once distributed.

While cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited, we understand that severe, unforeseen medical events may occur.

At the sole discretion of the Beast Indian Fitness Management Team, athletes who furnish verifiable, registered medical practitioner documentation regarding an acute injury or severe illness may be permitted to pause their program for a defined window (up to a maximum of 30 days) to resume upon medical clearance.

In the rare event that a gateway timeout or banking glitch results in a verified duplicate charge for the same order and transaction identifier, the erroneous duplicate transaction will be refunded back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working business days following internal reconciliation.
