By enrolling in any coaching protocol, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained explicit verified consent from a legal parent/guardian (for youth athletic development programs).
• You are physically fit and have disclosed all relevant past injuries, cardiovascular conditions, orthopedic surgeries, or chronic medical conditions during your baseline assessment.
• You understand that high-intensity athletic conditioning, velocity-based training, and strength periodization carry inherent physical exertion risks. You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to customized training protocols, periodic coach reviews, and the BeastPro digital app for the duration of your selected package.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP authentications. You must not share your account with third parties.
• Personalized Delivery: Workout blocks, velocity targets, and nutritional frameworks are tailored strictly to your individual screening metrics and must not be repurposed for other individuals.
• Strict Validity Expiration: All coaching blocks, access keys, and scheduling entitlements strictly terminate on the designated expiry timestamp regardless of attendance.

All program fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance through authorized payment gateways.

As outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, all purchases are strictly 100% final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once payment processing is completed.

All content, programming algorithms, video libraries, diagnostic screening protocols, brand marks, logos, and UI designs featured on the website and inside BeastPro are the exclusive intellectual property of Beast Indian Fitness.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, screen recording, or public redistribution of our proprietary coaching material is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian copyright laws.

Our performance coaches, sports biomechanists, and rehabilitation trainers provide athletic and conditioning guidance. Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis, surgical consultation, or emergency healthcare.

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified orthopedic specialist before beginning any strenuous athletic training program, especially following an acute injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beast Indian Fitness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our training protocols.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
