To design safe, personalized, and high-performance training programs, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Contact Data: Full name, email address, contact phone number, and communication preferences provided during registration, consultation inquiries, or checkout.
• Biomechanical & Health Information: Movement screening data, past injury records, current sport/discipline, body weight, training history, and velocity logs recorded through BeastPro.
• Transaction Data: Subscription packages selected, transaction timestamps, and payment reference numbers. Payment processing is secured by RBI/PCI-DSS compliant gateways—we never store your complete card credentials or bank passwords.
• Technical & Usage Logs: IP address, device browser type, platform interaction timestamps, and essential session identifiers to secure account access.

We use your data solely for lawful, coaching-related operations:

• Formulating customized periodization, rehabilitation, and sports performance protocols.
• Authorizing, verifying, and securing your BeastPro mobile and web application profile.
• Sending critical authentication OTPs, consultation reminders, and training program updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
• Fulfilling orders and maintaining accurate financial audit records.
• Improving software functionality, preventing fraudulent activity, and ensuring system uptime.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3. Our databases are secured with strict access controls, accessible only by certified coaches and authorized operational personnel bound by non-disclosure obligations.

We only share information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing essential services (e.g. certified payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, and transactional communication services). These providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for any independent marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate profiles, or request account deletion upon the completion of your coaching package, subject to mandatory legal and financial record-keeping requirements under applicable Indian laws.
